How to capture using Phone (PolyCam)

We want to ensure that whatever video or photo we capture is well lit and clear enough for us to be able to capture all angles.

As everything is captured we want to ensure the space or object is setup to its best, if surfaces are reflective or transparent we will need to apply a surface spray to make surfaces rough giving texture to them so software can calculate differences in edges and patterns.

We need to ensure that the phones orientation DOES NOT CHANGE during the capture stage as this can effect the final output and lead to errors, slow careful movements starting outwards around horizon of subject working way around at various heights before moving closer to capture finer details via similar orbits is the best technique. We need to ensure details from one picture to the next can be detected and overlap to give the software best chance and lowest chance of error.

Polycam free is limited to 100 photo captures per model and max of 5 model generations per account.
